    WOLA is working to support democratic reform efforts in Peru and the process of truth and reconciliation after the 10-year hold on power of the Fujimori Administration, guilty of widespread human rights violations, ended in 2000. WOLA also works to orient U.S. drug policy towards a sensible and effective approach and aid the work of Peruvian counter-part human rights organizations.
