Election Season in El Salvador

Salvadorans will go to the polls this coming Sunday to vote in legislative and municipal elections in what marks the beginning of a much anticipated election season in the country.  This WOLA memo analyzes the conditions in which they will cast their ballots, the historic nature of this election season, and why US neutrality is important.
