Internal Displacement in Colombia: A Priority Human Rights Concern for the U.S. Congress

In June of 2006, Colombia's IDP population was the second largest in the world, after Sudan. The situation merits a more concerted approach by the Colombian government and the international community, and a vigorous debate on U.S. assistance to Colombia.
