Colombian Indigenous Leaders Visit DC

Lisardo Domico of the National Indigenous Organization for Colombia (ONIC) and Alcibiades Escue Musicue of the Association of Indigenous Township of Northern Cauca (ACIN) visited DC to talk to US policy makers about the negative effects of U.S. policies like Plan Colombia and the FTA on indigenous populations in Colombia.
