Forty-one members of Congress concerned with terrorism charges against Suchitoto detainees

In this letter to President Elías Antonio Saca, 41 members of Congress express concern for the protesters detained in and around Suchitoto, El Salvador on July 2. 

In this letter, the signatories support  the right to non-violent protest and peaceful dissent, and pledge to continually monitor the situation which is "a matter of grave concern to many of our constituents and communities."
