WOLA Reiterates Call for a Negotiated Settlement to Return Constitutional Order in Honduras

The entire world continues to condemn the coup in Honduras for the illegal rupture in democratic order by the ouster of President Manuel Zelaya.  There has been no movement toward a negotiated settlement this week and WOLA urges the Micheletti regime to support the San Jose Accord proposed by Costa Rican President Oscar Arias.  WOLA again issues call for non-violence and an end to the repression of peaceful demonstrations.
