“Building on Progress” in Bolivia

Bolivia's government has rejected the U.S. model of illegal drug control—and cultivation of coca, the plant used to make cocaine, has dropped by 34% there since 2010. Adam talks with Kathryn Ledebur of the Andean Information Network in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Ledebur is the co-author, along with WOLA Senior Fellow Coletta Youngers, of “Building on Progress,” a new report about how Bolivia did it.
