South Sudan Government and Rebels Sign Peace Deal

The government signs power-sharing agreement with rebels to end five years of civil war.

South Sudan's government has reached a power-sharing agreement with the country's main rebel group. President Salva Kiir and rebel leader Riek Machar signed the deal in neighbouring Sudan.
