Most recently, she was Vice President for Education and Global Citizenship at Partners of the Americas where she managed an annual portfolio of $2.75 million. Previously, she worked at Partners on fellowship and exchange programs focused on Good Governance and Transparency, Human Rights, Small Business Development, Entrepreneurship, and Climate Change.  She has a long-standing commitment to volunteer service in the Americas.

Melissa earned her MA in Latin American Studies with concentration in Social Development at the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and her BA at the University of Maryland.

We are delighted that Melissa is joining the team and her financial and administrative expertise and her passion for our mission will be invaluable assets.
