Washington Office on Latin America Fellow Lucila Santos talks to Carmen Lapacó and María Adela Antokoletz, founding members of the Madres de la Plaza de Mayo in Argentina. Their group, representing relatives of people detained and disappeared by the government, formed during Argentina's 1976-1983 dictatorship and continues to seek justice today.
