Changing U.S. Policy Towards Cuba: An Organizing Manual

Produced by WOLA and the Latin American Working Group, this manual provides guidance on organizing and implementing community-based advocacy strategies to change the United States' Cuba policy.

The manual discusses why the United States continues to pursue its failed Cuba policy, and what it will take to change that policy toward something that’s better for Cuba and better for the United States. It also provides guidance for grassroots activists looking to get involved in the effort to change the policy, including tips for contacting members of Congress, setting up events, and working with the media.
