More than 100 artists (including Héctor Suárez, Héctor Bonilla, Daniel Giménez Cacho, Diego Luna, Susana Alexander, Rosa María Bianchi, Víctor Trujillo, Tiaré Scanda, Ilse Salas, and Sophie Alexander) are uniting with the Movement for Peace with Justice and Dignity to launch a campaign to give voice to the victims of violence in Mexico, in addition to raising awareness among Mexican citizens.
The launch of this campaign will be held on Monday, January 30 at the Teatro de la Ciudad at 8 pm in Mexico City in an event that will merge music, video, and victim’s testimonies.
The event will be streaming live on WOLA’s website at 9 pm EST on Monday, January 30.
In addition to the concert, the movement has produced an ad campaign in which artists and victims give testimony together to advocate for peace in Mexico.
