The Democracy Center, located in Cochabamba, Bolivia, has released its report on the Bolivian political situation entitled "Interpreting Bolivia's Political Transformation" as a response to and review of the report "Bolivia on the Brink," released in early 2007 by the U.S. Council on Foreign Relations.
