All of the information on WOLA’s site is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. You are free to copy and redistribute WOLA material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes only, provided that you give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests WOLA endorses you or your use. We will not sell, trade or share personal information with anyone else nor send mailings on behalf of other organizations. WOLA collects information from our users through forms the user may fill out on various pages of the website. We will only share personal information if an individual has given specific permission to do so.
HOW WOLA USES YOUR INFORMATION
We use your personal data for the following purposes:

- To respond to your inquiries, or contact you as you request;
- To process your donations;
- To protect the security of our interests, including our premises, assets, and systems;
- To solicit donations; or
- As otherwise disclosed at the time personal data is collected.
In using this website, a user may input information to subscribe to our mailing lists or to make a secure donation to WOLA. During these processes, a user is required to give their contact information (such as email address).
In subscribing to our mailing list, the user is only required to provide their name, email address, and country of residence. Additional information is optional, but does help tailor mailings to the users’ interests. This information is used only to provide them with relevant mailings from WOLA. Every mailing includes an option to unsubscribe.
To make a donation, the user is required to provide their name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. WOLA retains contact information to provide donation receipts, send appropriate donor mailings, and track giving over time. Users may ask not to receive these mailings by clicking “unsubscribe” on any email communication, or by sending a written request to WOLA by email at donations@wola.org.
INFORMATION MAINTENANCE
In order to attain the most complete and accurate records, we consistently maintain customer information.
At any time, you are entitled to request access to, make corrections to, or erase your personal data we have collected, as well as request that we restrict or block the processing of your personal data. Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to receive personal data that we store and transmit it to another party without hindrance from us, including requesting that we provide your personal data directly to another party.
You may also withdraw consent to our use of personal data that we previously obtained with your consent.

WOLA, its affiliates, and authorized third parties employ reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical measures, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, use, or disclosure. We will notify you of any data breach within 72 hours, when feasible.
WOLA works with Stripe to process credit card payments. Stripe takes privacy and data security very seriously and will not sell, share, or rent information they collect on our behalf. Users may access their privacy policy at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.
