The Center for Justice and International Law (CEJIL) and the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA) cordially invite you to the following webinar:

The November 6, 1985 Palace of Justice siege and massacre in Colombia touched the lives of the entire country. In her book “My Life and the Palace,” journalist and political scientist Helena Urán Bidegain, whose father was murdered that day, narrates the siege from the perspective of the families who were directly affected. The book serves as an important contribution for collective memory in Colombia.

Join us on Monday, November 8 at 3:00 p.m. EST to hear Helena Urán Bidegain discuss her book with CEJIL’s Viviana Krsticevic and WOLA’s Gimena Sánchez-Garzoli.
