Alexandra Konicki

Alexandra Konicki is the Assistant Director for Partnerships on the Development team at the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA). Here, she helps to manage WOLA’s relationships with existing institutional donors and foundations through drafting and submitting grant proposals, reports, and other written materials. Alexandra also oversees donor cultivation and prospect research efforts to expand partnerships and support organizational growth.

Before joining WOLA, Alexandra served as the Grants Administrator for the Foundations and Program Liaison Office at Human Rights Watch (HRW), where she managed over 150 grants across all programmatic divisions. Prior to joining HRW, she was the Development Coordinator at the Ohio Hispanic Coalition and led fundraising initiatives for their youth and education and health programs. Alexandra holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies and International Relations and Diplomacy from The Ohio State University, where she also minored in Spanish and Human Rights.
