Cayla Spear is the Assistant Director for Human Resources at WOLA.
Before joining WOLA, Cayla worked for the United States Senate and Project Support Services where she focused on improving employees’ work lives and wellbeing. She is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer.
Cayla graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A., majoring in both Anthropology and Gender Studies, and minoring in Sociology.
