WOLA presents the Rapporteur's Report from our recent conference, entitled "Venezuela after the Re-election of Hugo Chávez: Political Dynamics and Policy Challenges." The conference brought together a dozen distinguished speakers from North America, Britain and Venezuela to analyze the political dynamics and policy challenges in that country. Panels focused on Political Conflict and Democracy, Institutions and Public Policies, and Energy and Foreign Policy.
