In an environment of highly polarized rhetoric, both within Venezuela and the US, WOLA seeks to broaden political space for those seeking dialogue across the political divide and for political solutions that fall within the framework of the country’s constitution.  WOLA also seeks to ensure that the U.S. government does not lend even rhetorical support to a coup or to other violent outcomes in Venezuela.
