WOLA advocates for policies that would return Venezuela to democracy as a result of meaningful negotiations among stakeholders, including all political sectors, civil society, and the international community. We believe that in order to reaffirm the rights of the Venezuelan people, any solution must be peaceful, supported by robust multilateral diplomacy, and must ultimately result in restoration of democratic rights.
