Mexico Elections 2006

By naming Felipe Calderon President-elect, without first ordering a total recount, the Federal Electoral Tribunal has missed the last remaining opportunity to put to rest doubts about fairness of Mexico’s elections, according to a report issued today by  the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA).
