Title 42 is (Probably) Over. The U.S. Still Needs a Responsible Approach to Migration

A federal judge finally struck down the controversial Trump-era Title 42, which prevented many migrants from seeking asylum in the United States. The Biden Administration now has until December 21 to put a plan in place to address the likely influx of protection-seeking migrants at the U.S. southern border.
