Introduced in January of this year, HR 654 calls for the total elimination of restrictions on U.S. citizens' travel to Cuba.
HR 654 was introduced in January by Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) and Rep. Jeff Flake (R-AZ). This bill allows the freedom of travel between the United States and Cuba; it ends all restrictions on travel to Cuba.
