Executive Director, Joy Olson, comments on the challenges facing the Obama Administration in Latin America

Executive Director, Joy Olson recently participated in a panel discussion on U.S. foreign policy towards Latin America under the Obama Administration at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. Shortly after President Obama’s inauguration, the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University hosted an event on the future of U.S.-Latin American relations. Joy Olson, the Executive Director, was featured among several distinguished panelists to comment on the challenges and prospects facing the new administration with regards to Latin America. Her remarks reflected a sense of optimism that existing foreign policies will receive a fresh look under the Obama administration.
