Senior Associate Adam Isacson talks with Víctor Quiñones, community leader in Chagüí, in the municipality of Tumaco, Nariño, Colombia. His community participated in a U.S.-funded alternative development project that was repeatedly fumigated. Some participants were displaced as a result. He asks that, in future, the government dialogue with the community before going ahead with forced eradication.
