WOLA and AFRODES USA interview Afro-Colombian leaders

In March 2007, Afro-Colombian grassroots leaders visited Washington, DC to participate in the Organization of American States (OAS) Hearing on the Situation of Afro-Colombians. The Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA) and the Association of Internally Displaced Afro-Colombians (AFRODES USA) took this opportunity to ask the leaders several questions about the para-politics scandal, paramilitary demobilzation, fumigation, the effects of U.S. foreign policy and their recommendations for future U.S. policies.In March 2007, Afro-Colombian grassroots leaders visited Washington, DC to participate in the Organization of American States (OAS) Hearing on the Situation of Afro-Colombians.
