Advocacy Training Manual

A product of the advocacy training work carried out in the region, the "Manual for Facilitators of Advocacy Training Sessions" offers conceptual and methodological tools to increase the effectiveness of individuals and organizations that seek to strengthen and assist advocacy initiatives through training, planning, and evaluation efforts. The manual offers tools to people and institutions that wish to train civil society groups in the participatory planning of advocacy initiatives aimed at changing public policies and programs so that they benefit those in society who are traditionally marginalized. Because of the size of this publication, we have broken it into three sections.

I. & II. Overview and Training Guides for General Workshops

III. Step-by-Step Training Guides

IV. Appendices
