WOLA, USOC, and LAWG report back on findings of their August 2007 delegation to Colombia.
Staff of the U.S. Office on Colombia, Washington Office on Latin America, and Latin America Working Group Education Fund spent a total of three weeks in Colombia during August in order to teach local Colombian human rights organizations about the U.S. political process and how U.S. foreign policy towards Colombia is developed.
