Katie Houck manages relationships with WOLA’s growing community of individual supporters. Working closely with the Partners’ Council, Board of Directors, and various committees, she partners with WOLA experts to keep donors engaged in WOLA’s work and identify new fundraising opportunities. She also manages the WOLA annual benefit gala, maximizing partnerships and impact to celebrate defenders of human rights in Latin America.
Before joining WOLA, Katie built a fundraising program from the ground up as the Development Manager at CASA for Children of DC (Court Appointed Special Advocates). She also received social sector training and leadership development as a DC ProInspire Fellow.
